The New Way to Design and Build Assembly Machines
What is Agile Assembly?   •   Robot-Friendly   •   Applications   •   Components   •   Configurations   •   Reconfigurable
AGILESLIMS™

What's New

Three AGILESLIMS mounted on AGILECELL serve to demonstrate the cross utilization ease of Swanson AGILE ASSEMBLY components. Not only are AGILESLIMS the ideal tooling platform for small parts assembly and testing, but they are also well suited as companion subassembly machines, complementing other AGILE ASSEMBLY final assembly systems.

AGILESLIMS serve a novel need for linear configured machines, offering alternative solutions to rotary dials, extruded aluminum conveyors, and oversized excessively large chassis.

The all-new AGILESECTIONS have been especially designed to provide a robust machine "spine" for AGILESLIM applications.

These are another AGILE ASSEMBLY building block giving the designer and user more precision design and construction versatility.

Operating performance is optimized with AGILE ASSEMBLY. AGILESLIMS are the small sized AGILE ASSEMBLY tooling platform. 100% dimensional interchangeability insure expandability and redeployability. Economic justification and multiple task reusability are significant benefited by AGILE ASSEMBLY technology.
